Must have Great Character and Good Work Ethics Must be Motivated to go above and beyond what is asked and be a TEAM player Must have Organization Skills Must have Great Customer Service Skills Must have Good Oral and Written Communication Skills Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services Ability to perform all job functions Specific Job Functions:
Provides efficient and courteous customer service, cross-marketing products and services to generate new business for the financial institution when appropriate.
Opens and maintains accounts offered by the financial institution.
Prepares and maintains account paperwork, including signature cards, check orders, transfers and service charges to ensure compliance with all laws.
Relates complete account information to customers in a timely manner.
All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Maintains Safe Deposit logs, send notices and past dues, drill boxes when needed.
Let customers into their box as needed.
